We’ve been mentored by Master Jack and put in some long hours of rigorous training to master the perfect, restaurant-quality Dumpling (tasting these pockets of pure joy has been, well… hard work!). Ingredients were carefully chosen as we strived for the perfect taste.

We’ve taken a Kiwi favourite and made it extra special by adding the tasty goodness of Hoisin Sauce (AKA yummy Chinese BBQ Sauce!), the perfect accompaniment to this Dumpling combo.
