Korean Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tbsp salt reduced soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine
½ tsp Korean Gochujang paste
¼ tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp brown sugar

Method:

 In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together.

Japanese Soy Dipping Mayo

Ingredients

3 Tbsp Japanese Mayo*
2 tsp salt reduced soy sauce
¼ tsp crushed ginger
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp lime juice (optional)
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Method:

 In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together.

Bang Bang! Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tbsp salt reduced soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine
½ tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp crushed garlic
Splash of lime juice to taste
Few leaves of fresh coriander, chopped (optional)

Method:

 In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together.
